Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, launching a coaching website, or accessing client applications on PlatCoach Technologies Inc. ("PlatCoach"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or platforms.
Coach Responsibilities & Professional Standards
Coaches utilizing PlatCoach to market workout programs, nutrition splits, or digital subscriptions agree to the following obligations:
- •Maintaining relevant qualifications, certifications, or legal rights to deliver fitness and nutritional guidance in their region.
- •Ensuring that all information published on their coaching website and packages is accurate, transparent, and respectful.
- •Retaining direct responsibility for trainee communication, program safety, and client satisfaction.
Billing, Subscriptions & 0% Platform Fee
Platform coach plans are billed according to chosen subscription intervals (monthly, quarterly, or annually). We do not take a percentage cut from your client transactions. Direct client package sales and payouts (such as InstaPay or payment gateways) are settled directly between coach and client.
Health Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
PlatCoach is a technology platform and software management tool for professional fitness coaches. PlatCoach does not provide direct medical care, diagnostic services, or medical treatments.
Trainees should consult a healthcare physician prior to beginning any high-intensity training or rigorous caloric adjustment. PlatCoach is not liable for personal injuries or health outcomes resulting from physical workouts.
Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that participate in fraudulent transactions, abuse, harassment, or unauthorized commercial activities that violate our community policies.
