("PlatCoach", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal data for both fitness coaches ("Coaches") and their individual trainees ("Clients"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and protect your information across our web platform, mobile applications, and coach websites.
Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to provide customized fitness programming, dietary management, and platform features:
- •Coach Profile Data: Business name, email address, custom domain configurations, and branding assets.
- •Client Progress Metrics: Bodyweight, check-in photos, dietary macro logs, and workout completion logs submitted via the client mobile app.
- •Payment & Billing Data: Transaction tokens processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, Paymob). We do not store raw card numbers.
- •Technical Analytics: Device identifiers, IP addresses, and session timestamps used strictly for platform security and performance optimization.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is processed exclusively to deliver and enhance platform features:

Data Protection & Confidentiality
We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or health data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
All progress photos and personal check-in logs are protected with Row Level Security (RLS) and restricted exclusively to you and your assigned certified coach.
Your Rights & Data Ownership
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request account deletion, data export, or information updates at any time by contacting privacy@platcoach.com or directly through your account dashboard.
